Youth Forum Registration Process
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Eligible Participants approach their NSO and request to endorse their name to the APR Office.
- NSO sends a completed reply slip, which is an attachment to APR Circular 24/2011, to the APR regional office by 29 June 2012.
- The APR office will confirm acceptance in writing to the concerned NSO.
- The Host Organizing Committee will proceed with registration after APR acceptance of participants.
- Participants submit Youth Forum Registration Form to the host Organizing Committee.
- The Youth Forum Registration is not ON LINE.
- Upon APR acceptance of the participant/s may transfer forum fee. Once the fee is transferred, it is non-refundable.
- The last date of submission of this form is 31 July 2012.
- When participants FLIGHT/TRAIN/BUS schedule is changed, please re-submit the form.
HOW TO DO IT:
Any APR approved participant/s can submit the Registration Form electronically as an attachment to an email or as Hardcopy by fax or mail.
Registration by Hardcopy:
Participants can download the PDF version of the Registration form, fill in and send electronically to 24aprsc@bangla.net or by post to: 24 APRSC Secretariat, Bangladesh Scouts, National Headquarters (2nd Floor), 60 Anjuman Mufidul Islam Road, Kakrail, Dhaka – 1000, Bangladesh, Tel: +88-02-9333 651, 9342 058, Ext. 33.
The 24 APRSC Registration Sub-Committee, after receiving the registration form, will issue a separate Registration ID to the participants and will inform the participants via e-mail.
After APR acceptance of participation, Participants/NSO may arrange to transfer the Forum fee to the following account:

Please also note that, Youth Forum participants who will attend the 24th Asia-Pacific Conference, shall pay an additional USD125.00 as registration fee to the conference and should fill-up a separate conference registration form.
