Registration Process

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Prior to applying for Registration, participants are requested to get the endorsement of their NSO.
  2. NSO endorsement is required prior to transferring the fee.  Once the fee is transferred, it is non-refundable.
  3. The last date of submission of this form is 31 July 2012.
  4. When participants FLIGHT/TRAIN/BUS schedule is changed, please inform the updated information by E mail: 24aprsc@bangla.net OR by Fax: +8802 934 2226.

HOW TO DO IT:

Any NSO approved participants can submit the Registration Form either ONLINE or Hardcopy (to be downloaded, filled in, and send by post or electronically after scanning).

ONLINE Registration:

Participants can submit their Registration form online through the link from the 24APRSC web page. After submission, every participant will get a confirmation letter by e-mail which contains his/her Registration ID. Participants can print the submitted Registration form for his/her record. If there are changes in the earlier submitted registration form (i.e., change of flight no., date and time of arrival and departure), participants are requested to inform immediately the updated information by E mail: 24aprsc@bangla.net OR by Fax: +8802 934 42226 to the conference secretariat for necessary action.

Registration by Hardcopy:

Participants can download the PDF version of the Registration form, fill in and send electronically after scanning to 24aprsc@bangla.net or by post to: 24 APRSC Secretariat, Bangladesh Scouts, National Headquarters (2nd Floor), 60 Anjuman Mufidul Islam Road, Kakrail, Dhaka – 1000, Bangladesh, Tel: +88-02-9333 651, 9342 058, Ext. 33.

The 24 APRSC Registration Sub-Committee, after receiving the registration form, will issue a separate Registration ID to the participants and will inform the participants via e-mail.
