Invitation for Painting Competition and Exhibition

The 24th APRSC 2012 Organising Committee is requesting all the National Scout Organisation (NSO) of the Asia-Pacific Region to participate in the forthcoming Painting Competition and Exhibition. This competition and exhibition will be held during the 24th APRSC 2012 in Bangladesh.
Any scout boy or girl aged between 10 to 15 years will be eligible to take part in this competition. Each NSO is requested to send 3 best paintings to the Publication and Publicity Sub-committee of the 24th APRSC by 30th April 2012.
Paper size will be 15” x 20” and medium used will be water colour.
The theme of the painting would be " Scouting- Bridging the Gap."
All paintings would be put on exhibition during the 24th APRSC 2012 in Bangladesh.
Gold, Silver, Bronze medals along with certificate will be given to the three best painters.
Four colours Souvenir will also be published during the 24th APRSC 2012 where all the participating painters’ work will be presented.
