CLT Registration Process

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  1. Eligible Participants approach their NSO and request to endorse their name to the APR Office.
  2. NSO sends a completed reply slip based on APR Circular 25/2011, with the following attachment to the regional office by 29 June 2012:
    1. CALT-certificate of participation
    2. ALT Appointment Certificate/Honorable Charge and
    3. List of duties undertaken under the honorable charge/appointment for EACH participant
  3. The APR office will confirm the acceptance of participant/s, in writing, to  the concerned NSO.
  4. The Host Organizing Committee will proceed with registration after APR acceptance of participants.
  5. Participants submit CLT Registration Form to the host organizing committee.
  6. The CLT Registration is not available ON-LINE.
  7. Upon APR acceptance, participant/s may transfer the Course fee.  Once the fee is transferred, it is non-refundable but transferable.
  8. The last date of submission of this Registration form is 31 July 2012.
  9. When participants FLIGHT/TRAIN/BUS schedule is changed, please communicate it to the host organizing committee by email or fax.

HOW TO DO IT:

Any APR approved participant can submit the Registration Form electronically as attachment to an email or as Hardcopy by fax or mail.

Registration by Hardcopy:

Participants can download the PDF version of the Registration form, fill in and send electronically to 24aprsc@bangla.net or by post to: 24 APRSC Secretariat, Bangladesh Scouts, National Headquarters (2nd Floor), 60 Anjuman Mufidul Islam Road, Kakrail, Dhaka – 1000, Bangladesh, Tel: +88-02-9333 651, 9342 058, Ext. 33.

The 24th APRSC Registration Sub-Committee, after receiving the registration form, will issue a separate Registration ID to the participants and will inform the participants via e-mail.


After acceptance of APR, Participants/NSO may arrange to transfer the fee to the following account:

Please also note that, CLT participants who will attend the 24th Asia-Pacific Conference, should fill-up a separate conference registration form and pay the conference registration fee.
